Yamanat – Aden
The curtain fell on Thursday morning, August 1, 2024, on the case of the murder of the child Haneen Al-Bakri, which concerned public opinion in the governorate of Aden in particular, and in Yemen in general.
Difficult negotiations
After negotiations lasting several days with the Haneen child’s father, Ibrahim Al-Bakri, he pardoned his daughter’s killer, Hussein Harhara, in the final moments as he lay on his deathbed.
Hold on to the punishment
Al-Bakri remained determined to take revenge until the final minutes, and while Harhara lay on his deathbed and the medical examiner examined and planned his back, negotiators worked to convince Al-Bakri.

Breathtaking moments
As the executioner prepared to fire the first bullet in the execution yard of Mansoura prison, negotiators asked for one last chance, leading Al-Bakri to announce Harhara’s pardon, so that he could rise from his deathbed and see a new life.

The beginning of the affair
The child victim, Haneen, was next to her father in his car, and during a collision between the cars of Al-Bakri and Harra, the latter got out of his car, menacing and menacing, while holding his rifle, with which he fired several bullets in front of a crowd, some of which lodged in the young body of the child Haneen, killing her before the eyes of her father and the crowd.

Tent asks for forgiveness
Harhara was arrested, thrown into Mansoura prison in Aden and sentenced to death, through all three levels of justice. Without the last minute pardon, Hussein Harhara would have said goodbye to life, leaving behind orphaned children. They set up a tent in front of Al-Bakri’s house and raised a photo of his daughter Haneen, asking for forgiveness from her father, so that they would not become orphans.
